It has been an exciting and productive quarter! From new product launches to skill-building workshops, we’ve kept the spirit of learning and baking alive. Our collaboration with partners, embassies, and vocational trainees has enriched every initiative, and we’re glad to share our journey with you through this newsletter.

Key Highlights and Events
We introduced our new Fruit Muesli with Oats and Sourdough Crust Bread at the Embassy bakery stalls. These were warmly received and marked an exciting step forward in our innovation journey.

Open to corporates, individuals, schools, and event planners — these workshops offer a fun and practical way to learn authentic baking skills.
Engagements and Visits
Director’s Visit to Varanasi – April 22nd:
Our Director, Michael Schmid, and Sanyam Mishra visited the Skill India International Centre and Banaras Hindu University. A meaningful exchange with Prof. Natrajan (Dept. of German Studies) helped identify future collaborations in education and skills training.
